1. No Refunds or Returns

  • All products sold on HydroPet.Store are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing your order to ensure the product meets your needs.

2. Damage Exception

If an item arrives damaged beyond repair, we will replace it or issue a full refund under these conditions:

  1. Notification Timeframe: Report damage within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Proof Required: Email support@hydropet.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos clearly showing the irreparable damage

  3. Verification & Resolution:

    • Weโ€™ll confirm irreparable damage within 2 business days.

    • Upon approval, you may choose a replacement (shipped at no cost) or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Damages

  • If damage occurs in transit, weโ€™ll provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged item.

  • Do not discard damaged packaging or item before weโ€™ve completed our verification process.
